The IST infrastructure contract is $93,750 per bed. The Diversion/CBR client services contract is $228 per day, per resident, up to a maximum of $125,000. Operational funding for each county may also include funding for:
- County Overhead (15% based on the total number of individuals served per year)
- Justice Partner costs
- Use of empirically validated Violence Risk Assessments
- County Court Liaison
