If an IST individual re-enters the program after the initial 18 months, will the county and facility again be eligible for service funding?

The individual will be eligible for service funding if they are deemed IST on a felony for a different charge and have been court-ordered into the program again. They will not be eligible if they are deemed IST on a felony for the same charge.
